- Early morning: Excellent for studies, meditation or for a walk.
- Mid and late Morning: Good for digging your head in work.
- Afternoon: Nice time to have a break, have a bite of lunch. Also, there is nothing as great as an afternoon nap. Perhaps, bad for health, but one does crave for it after lunch.
- Early evening: Great for studies, stroll post work hours
- Late Evening: Best time to hangout with friends
- Night: Din Din time, also good time to log onto internet for chatting with your friends.
- Late Night: Again, excellent for studies and meditation. Also, perhaps the best time to talk with ur SPECIAL person.
A Power set in an exercise workout means a high intensity set, which involves lifting heavy weight and performing lesser repetitions. So, this blog will contain my thoughts which are relatively short but (I feel) could be carrying a lot of meaning...
